The other day I came out to my car and found the mirror knocked away as if someone had hit it. It appeared fine so I straightened it out and went on with my day. Well, clearly the cover was loosened by the impact because the moment I got on the highway it went fluttering away in the wind.

That is a bummer, but of all possible parts for that car, I think that cap is probably one if the easier/cheaper ones to get

It’s a shame that someone couldn’t leave a note if it was unintended.

Or that I can’t say with certainty whether it was accidental or not.
